PEEK

一、产品特性:
聚醚醚酮是芳香族结晶型热塑性高分子材料,其熔点为334℃,具有机械强度高、耐高温、耐冲击、阻燃、耐酸碱、耐水解、耐磨、耐疲劳、耐辐照及良好的电性能。
耐高温:聚醚醚酮树脂具有较高的熔点(334℃)和玻璃化转变温度(1 43℃),连续使用温度为260℃,其30%GF或CF增强牌号的负载热变型温度高达316℃。
机械特性:聚醚醚酮树脂具有良好的韧性和刚性,它具备与合金材料媲 美的对交变应力的优良耐疲劳性。
自润滑性(耐腐蚀性):聚醚醚酮树脂具备优良的滑动特性,适合于对低 摩擦系数和耐摩耗要求严格的情况下使用。
耐化学药品性:它的耐腐蚀性与镍钢相近,聚醚醚酮只溶解于浓硫酸, 有良好的耐化学药品性,特别是在高温条件下比聚酰亚胺更耐酸碱。
阻燃性:聚醚醚酮树脂是非常稳定的聚合物,1.45mm厚的样品,不加任 何阻燃剂就可达到最高阻燃标准。
耐辐照性和耐剥离性:聚醚醚酮有良好的耐辐照性和耐剥离性,因此可 以用来制成特殊用途的电磁线.
耐疲劳性:聚醚醚酮树脂在所有树脂中具有最好的耐疲劳性。
耐水解:聚醚醚酮树脂及其复合材料做成的制品在高温高压水中连续使 用时仍可保持其良好的性能。
易加工性:聚醚醚酮树脂在高温下具有良好的流动性,具有很高的热分 解温度,可采用注射成型、模压成型、挤出成型、吹塑成型、熔融纺丝等加工方式。
绝缘稳定性:聚醚醚酮具有良好的电绝缘性能,并保持到很高的温度 范围。其介电损耗在高频情况下也很小。
耐磨性:聚醚醚酮的良好耐磨性相当于聚酰亚胺。

三、应用领域:
由于聚醚醚酮具有以上众多优点,因此在石油化工、电子电气、仪器仪表、机械汽车、医疗卫生、航天航空、军工核能等诸多领域得到了广范的应用。举例:
现在国内比较成熟的应用有:空压机的活塞环、止推环、阻流环,阀片,菌型阀,星轮,密封环,球阀阀座,轴承保持架,无油润滑轴承,磁力泵隔离套,电极,齿轮,螺丝,电磁线,辐射护窗,微波消解罐,晶圆承载器等。

PEEK grades offer chemical and hydrolysis resistance similar to PPS, but can operate at higher temperatures. PEEK offers steam and wear resistance, while carbon-reinforced PEEK provides excellent wear capabilities. Our latest grade, PEEK HPV, offers outstanding bearing performance. PEEK can be used continuously to 480°F (250°C) and in hot water or steam without permanent loss in physical properties. For hostile environments, PEEK is a high strength alternative to fluoropolymers. PEEK carries a V-O flammability rating and exhibits very low smoke and toxic gas emission when exposed to flame.
Proven Applications:

Pump Wear Rings
PEEK improves centrifugal pump efficiency by permitting closer running tolerances and eliminating corrosion, galling and wear problems.

Structural Parts
PEEK is used for vacuum wand handles during semiconductor manufacturing. They typically contact heat and common process chemicals in use.

Bushings, Bearings, Seals, Back Up Rings
In applications ranging from aircraft to oil field drilling, components machined from PEEK improve performance and reliability.

Engineering Notes
The PEEK grades drops off significantly and expansion rate increases above its glass transition temperature (Tg) of 300°F (150°C). A material like Torlon* PAI would be better suited for close tolerance bearings or seals operating at temperatures higher than 300°F (150°C)
